Starbucks and Sephora are just a few of the organizations who have been faced with scandal due to a lack of emphasis placed on diversity and inclusion (D&I) within their organizations. While organizations have gotten better (they still have a ways to go!) at hiring a diverse workforce, there is still much to be done to ensure employees at all levels are self-aware of internal biases and how they affect decision making.
While diversity training is not the only solution to creating an inclusive workforce, it is an important piece of the equation. But, how do you create an effective D&I program that will be embraced by learners, even as they are having to acknowledge some uncomfortable truths that exist in our society? Even more difficult, how do you create this type of program in the online space? In this webinar we will discuss how to overcome challenges within D&I training, share some real examples of effective online programs and explore strategies for how to position D&I training within your organization.
