Learning with peers through real job experiences is the optimal way to learn. But, when your teams are geographically dispersed, it can be difficult to facilitate.
This session will showcase a case study of a client that utilized social learning to address this challenge head-on.
During this Virtually There session, you will learn how to:
- Gain new ideas on how to integrate virtual social learning activities with traditional e-learning.
- Describe the best practices associated with creating an engaging social learning experience in the online space.
- Explain what is involved (logistics, stakeholders, materials) when creating a learning activity that incorporates social learning.
- Apply lessons learned to ensure a higher chance of success on future projects that involve social learning.
