Jennifer Hofmann, Founder and CEO of InSync Training, says that “the energy of strong women coming together” is one of the main reasons she supports WBENC and other women-owned small businesses. The conference will bring together leaders from major corporations, government agencies, and women business owners for three days of learning, networking, and growth. For InSync Training, this conference provides an opportunity to develop as a business as well as give back to the community of supportive women entrepreneurs.

Women-owned businesses are on the rise. This year's theme is "Momentum" and will feature an unrivaled Expo of certified women-owned businesses and those who do business with them, networking opportunities, and inspiring keynote speakers. During this event, thousands of women entrepreneurs and corporate executives are ready to make connections and do business.

Women-owned for more than 22 years, InSync Training is proud to be supporting other women-owned businesses and helping them grow and succeed. “Participation with WBENC has proven to be a great opportunity to develop as a business while celebrating women as entrepreneurs, founders, and executives,” said Jennifer Hofmann, Founder and CEO, InSync.

“There is a special creative and supportive energy when strong women come together. That energy ultimately helps the bottom line. And that’s just one of so many reasons why supporting WBENC and other women-owned small businesses is so important.”

This year’s exciting program engages participants with dynamic educational programming, inspiring keynotes, a pitch competition, instant match meetings, networking opportunities, and an unrivaled Expo of certified women-owned businesses and those who do business with them.
