InSync Training Announces Appointment of Erika Melmed to VP of Operations

In response to growing demand in the constantly evolving EdTech sector, InSync Training is adding veteran manager Erika Melmed to the executive team as Vice President of Operations. Erika brings strong program management and leadership experience, both essential to support InSync Training in the development and implementation of their strategic plan.


InSync Training, a leading provider of virtual training programs and services around the globe, today announced the appointment of Erika Melmed as Vice President, Operations. In this newly created position at InSync, Melmed is responsible for driving strategic business operations to support the company’s growth and business strategy. Melmed will report to InSync’s President/CEO Jennifer Hofmann.

Erika Melmed is an accomplished and respected industry veteran, with more than 15 years of experience in program implementation, client development, and virtual learning technology, focused on heavily regulated industry sectors including Pharma, Technology, and Finance. Melmed maintains deep executive relationships with corporate training directors, instructional content providers, and brings to the role extensive expertise in formulating strategy, developing sustainable processes, and leading teams responsible for successful implementation of leaning and development solutions.
