In response to growing demand in the constantly evolving EdTech sector, InSync Training is adding veteran manager Erika Melmed to the executive team as Vice President of Operations. Erika brings strong program management and leadership experience, both essential to support InSync Training in the development and implementation of their strategic plan.

In this newly created position at InSync, Melmed is responsible for driving strategic business operations to support the company’s growth and business strategy. Melmed will report to InSync’s President/CEO Jennifer Hofmann.

Melmed maintains deep executive relationships with corporate training directors, instructional content providers, and brings to the role extensive expertise in formulating strategy, developing sustainable processes, and leading teams responsible for successful implementation of leaning and development solutions.
